Terms

Prices listed are for the wholesale trade only based on the current conditions and subject to change without notice. This list cancels all previous prices offered by us. If not listed, please make your needs known to us. We may be able to help you.

Terms:

All prices are cash, F.O.B. Folsom, LA. Customers with established credit, terms are net 30 days. Past due accounts will be subject to a charge of 1.5% per month (18% per annum).

Warranty:

Windmill Nursery will exercise care to have all plants true to name. We give no warranty as to variety or productivity of nursery stock we sell. Seller assumes no liability for plants beyond seller’s control.

Claims:

Claims must be made upon receipt of merchandise. Seller will at no time be responsible for more than the purchase price of plants.
